The service was great and the manager made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Had one small issue with one of my side dish and the manager had it fix in no time. I recommend giving them a try

Very pleasant place to visit. The food was really good (the steak was just right, the chicken was fantastic), but the gem tonight was the staff. Vanessa was very personable and had a great sense of humor. The owner visited our table not once, but twice! Even bought me a drink. We will be back.

I have been to this restaurant a few times now. I've been really impressed with the prices and the quality of food. They seem well-thought-out quality of service has always been great. I enjoy the atmosphere is very pleasant. My favorite place to go with my family and friends in my area. Tonight they accommodated eight people in my party. Everything was spot waitress was pleasant food was great.

We’ve been wanting to try this place since moving here last year and finally did...it didn’t disappoint! We had the dynamite shrimp to start and they were perfect! The sauce was very flavorful and the shrimp had a delicious crispy breading. We both ordered dinners with salads and they were prepared with super fresh veggies! The Caesar dressing tasted homemade and was the best I’ve ever had! I ordered the 6 oz sirloin which was very tender, although a bit undercooked. My husband ordered the brisket and ribs with Mac and cheese and said it was very tender and flavorful. Overall, delicious meal and great service...we will be back!!

Interior was modern, quite comfortable. More upscale than Burger 21. Like a more relaxed version of Ford's Garage including the restaurant name being seared into the bun. My BBQ chicken sandwich was pretty good. Price seemed reasonable for what the place is. Some might think it is on the pricey side. Service was fine.

My family and I have been here several times. Each time our service and food has improved. It’s finally time for others to take note. The server was so friendly and really wanted to do everything to give the best service. Our food was quick to arrive, served hot, and the flavors were so great. I had the fully loaded burger with fries this last go. The smokehouse pulled pork & ginormous onion rings topped on a nice prime burger... wow! Seriously. I could barely finish it. But I did. My kids loved the children’s menu and everyone left with full bellies. Highly recommend for convenience and flavor!

Best customer service! Our food took longer than expected. Turns out my fish got knocked on the floor. The waitress apologized, the manager apologized, the cook came out and apologized (it was his fault), and the owner. I was impressed. They really want you to be happy with your entire experience. Highly recommend!

Some of the best brisket in Florida moist, meaty and flavorful. Have been there a half dozen times - it never disappoints. Great lunches too! Salads are fresh, crisp and cold. Never have room for dessert, but hope to try one someday.

Good food, great atmosphere, and excellent staff. Very rarely will 5 stars be awarded to an establishment in my book. If it’s worth a 2 hour drive out of your way, it deserves a fifth star. Ovation has their A-game on, and it shows the moment you pull in to park. Everyone I was with that night loved their food and no one had a to go box. Which means they couldn’t get enough. (Good sign of quality food). Second, there were call in orders for food delivery going out the door late into the evening. (Another good sign). Finally my fish was done right! I will not speculate how it was done, but it was awesome. Service was well trained and allowed me to bring a previously purchased birthday cake. Someone from Tampa recommenced Ovation after I purchased the cake. The staff was very understanding and took care of my surprise to the Birthday Gal. Even the staff put their little touches onto our parties event. Hats off to you and your staff. Keep up the good work. - Cheers

An excellent experience. Ovation is a great place! The quality of the food is outstanding. The prices are below what I typically expect to be charged for the same meals in other places. Cozy and sleek, the decor is welcoming, clean and modern. Sit at the bar and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere with Carrie or Angel serving your favorite beverage, or experience the screen room for a special vibe. There's even a private dining area for those who want to bring a small group of guests, have an anniversary dinner or perhaps even host a special event. Cory, the manager here, is very professional and makes every effort to ensure that each customer enjoys a 5 star experience. I recommend trying the 'soon to be famous' 30 ounce 100% angus ribeye steak. Vegan options are also on the menu.Ovations is a rare gem in a world of same old, same old restaurants.

This was our first visit. Wendy was an extremely professional yet personable waitress. The food was exceptional especially the green beans and baked sweet potato. The brisket was tender and flavorful. I'm so glad we chose to eat here tonight. We will definitely be returning soon!

This was my 1st time here. The pork chops were really juicy and had great flavor. Wendy was a great server! And Cory the manager was really nice and helpful. I'll be back.

My family and I had a wonderful experience eating at this restaurant!! The food was amazing... EVERYTHING we ordered was on point!!! Mattew and Michael and pretty much everyone we encountered were great very attentive and hospitable. I would recommend this restaurant 100 times over.

The total experience. Great food, service, environment, music. Very friendly and clean. Reasonable prices. In addition to all of this, it is also veteran owned, can't go wrong with that! A new favorite for us in Lakeland!

the food was great I had chicken & ribs my wife had steak and ribs she was really happy with the ribs they were perfectly seasoned with BBQ sauce. My chicken breast was nicely grilled juicy not too salty very good my wife's steak was perfectly cooked. The server, Angela, was great, very attentive. The manager came by to check up on everything. A great experience we will return.

We stopped in for lunch last Saturday afternoon and they were obviously having problems. The food was good, but we could only see 2 servers and a manager taking care of an almost full restaurant, so the service was slow to say the least. Don't know if it was poor planning, servers out sick, or what the problem was, but it would have been nice if the manager had come by to apologize for the slow service!

This is a very nice and affordable bistro and bar in Lakeland FL. The menu has plenty of variety and everything we ordered was good. We were fortunate enough to visit on a night when some drinks are BOGO, including wine. The interior looks as if new and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend you stop by for lunch, dinner, or drinks at the bar. @tripswithjake
